We have a no refund policy nor do we allow exchanges, unless otherwise agreed upon with both parties. We must be given time to correct your order for any dissatisfaction or faulty goods.
Once you have received the goods, we are unable to offer you a refund unless a fault has occurred which we must be given time to correct. All issues should be raised within 24 hours of your purchase.
